Four steps to start managing Instagram content

The essential workflow, from connecting an account to responding to comments by keyword.

1. Connect an Instagram account

Open the app, choose Connect account, and complete authorization in Meta's Instagram window.

Upload media, write a caption, and either publish immediately or choose a schedule.

See publishing status, dates, and links to content that Instagram has published.

For published content, set keywords, a private reply, and a confirmation comment, then save the configuration.
